Who we are
Durellis was founded by Adam Kroll, a people strategy and operations professional with over a decade of in-house experience building and supporting teams in fast-growing environments.
Over the years, Adam saw the same pattern repeated: highly skilled, capable business owners spending increasing amounts of time on hiring, employment administration, and compliance - often at the expense of the work that made their businesses successful in the first place.
He built Durellis to give business owners access to proven people and employment practices in a structured, practical way - so they can stay focused on the work they do best.
People
Durellis was founded by Adam Kroll, a people strategy and operations professional with over ten years of experience working in fast-paced startup environments. Over the years he has seen how incredibly gifted small business owners are forced to spend time in areas of work that are beyond the key skill set that makes them most valuable. He founded Durellis to give them access to tactics used by the most elite billion-dollar startups so they can achieve the success they deserve, while spending as much time as possible doing what they love.
